Currently responsible for the design and layout of all Development print publications including the Giving Report, Bulletin, Annual Fund Appeals and follow-ups; Reunion announcements, invitations and save-the-dates, and all capital fundraising communications. Design and layout of School Catalogues, Admission materials, Last Day program and tickets, college profile, all print pieces for summer activity such as Summer Interlude music programs and Summer Start “day camp” as well as other school-wide print publications, which are also incorporated into the website. Consult on design questions relating to the redesign of the Brearley website. Schedule and manage all photo shoots. Oversee print production with Brearley’s outside vendors. Help to guide and create layouts for short print items for the Parents’ Association and other school groups as well as the general store. Create, maintain and update the Communications Office publication schedule and is the portal for communications design requests. Track inventory of all printed pieces to reduce the amount of excess printing. Introduce free software when applicable and take on the printing of smaller projects in-house. In the 2009–2010 school year I participated in a year-long celebration to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the school where I led a team of 10 volunteer designers to produce all 125th materials.
